Return & Exchange Policy – MClothings

At MClothings, we want you to love every outfit you order from us. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to assist you with an easy and transparent return/exchange process.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
To ensure a smooth experience, please note the following conditions:
- Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- We do not accept returns for innerwear, accessories, or customized/altered items due to hygiene and personalization constraints.
- Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for return unless damaged/incorrect.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange:
- 1. Email us at itmclothingsb2b@gmail.com with your Order ID and a brief reason for return.
- 2. Our team will verify your request and arrange a reverse pickup, or guide you through the return process.
- 3. Once the product is received and inspected, we will proceed with your exchange or refund.
3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
- Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days after the returned product has been inspected.
- In cases of COD orders, the refund may be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share an unboxing video or photos to help us verify the issue.
- We will arrange a quick replacement at no additional cost.
